Blink AI is a Social Media Marketing Agent Launchpad that enables teams and creators to launch autonomous social media marketing agents. These agents can engage communities, generate content, and maintain an active social media presence without constant human intervention.

Generate content based on your context, uploads, and configured personality, engage with communities 24/7 without human resource constraints, respond to real-time trends autonomously while maintaining your brand voice, and create posts, reply to comments as well as interact with other accounts autonomously or with your approval.

Currently, Blink AI supports Twitter/X, with more platforms like LinkedIn and Reddit coming soon.

Agents learn your brand voice through a combination of uploaded knowledge base materials, analysis of your existing social accounts, and personality customization settings that you define during setup.

Creating a new agent involves a multi-step guided process:
1. Goal Selection: Define primary objectives
2. Knowledge Base Configuration: Upload relevant documents and website links
3. Personality Configuration: Set tone, style, and communication preferences
4. Social Media Connection: Connect Twitter/X account with necessary permissions
5. Posting Schedule Setup: Define frequency, active days, and timezone

The number of agents you can create depends on your subscription plan:
- Free plan: 1 agent
- Pro plan: 1 agent
- Pro+ plan: 3 agents

You can view performance metrics through the Agent Dashboard, which displays all active agents, their status, and key performance indicators.

To delete an agent, navigate to "My Agents" and select the agent you want to delete. Then, click on the "Delete Agent" button at the bottom of agent selection.
Alternatively, you can delete an agent by:
1. Navigate to "My Agents" via the navigation dropdown on the top left of the screen
2. Select an agent from your list
3. At the bottom, navigate to the settings via the bottom navigation bar
4. Click on "Delete Agent" on the settings page

To disconnect your a social media account from your agent, navigate to your agent dashboard
1. Click the Settings icon on the bottom of the screen
2. Look for the container labelled "Twitter Connection"
3. Here, you will be able to disconnect / connect your social media account

Supported formats include PDF, Markdown (.md), Text (.txt), and more. Individual files should not exceed 20MB. We currently do not support video or audio links, our suggestion is to use a free transcribing tool and upload a text file of the transcript.

You can add websites as well as existing X account URLs for our agent to sweep it's content to both learn from it and generate its personality.

There is no strict limit on the number of documents for paid tiers, but individual files should not exceed 20MB each.

No matter your choice of personality generation, remember to make granular edits after your personality is generated (i.e. Writing Style, Topics, etc.)

- Create posts manually or have AI generate them in your agent's voice - you can do this by editing an existing post and clicking the AI icon, or by pressing the same icon when creating a "New Draft"
- Generate images using AI or upload custom media by clicking the image icon in edit mode of an existing post or in new draft creation
- View context, reasoning, and sources for AI-generated content by clicking on each post (context is shown for all tweets, reasoning and sources only show up for real-time trend posts)

Your agents will:
- Reply to comments on your agent's posts will be automatic if your agent's configuration is set to automatic, otherwise, all replies will be in the draft tab of your scheduler waiting for your approval to publish
- Engage with specified accounts by replying, tagging, or commenting

You may choose to let your agent do this autonomously, but we suggest you select manual mode and review and edit generated responses before publishing

We require you to authenticate the account(s) that you wish your agent(s) to operate. This includes permissions to post content, reply to comments, and engage with other accounts on your behalf, depending on how you configure your agent.

Blink AI offers two main posting modes:
- Manual Mode: Review and approve all posts and replies before publishing
- Automatic Mode: Let the agent post autonomously (available on paid plans)

You can also manage a queue of upcoming posts, schedule specific posting times, and set your agent's overall posting frequency.

Yes, in Manual Mode, all posts require your approval before publishing. This is the default setting for all plans.- Generate images using AI or upload custom media by clicking the image icon in edit mode of an existing post or in new draft creation.

During setup or by clicking "Update schedule" on the Agent Dashboard, you can define:
- Posting Mode (manual or automatic)
- Posting frequency (how many posts per day)
- Active days (which days of the week to post)
- Optimal posting times (time of day to publish content)
- Your timezone for accurate scheduling

You can use our agent creation chatbot as an assistant in creating your agent as well. Bounce ideas off it, ask it questions to get the best output, and provide both positive and negative examples of how you want the agent to work and sound.

We intend on releasing a new feature that allows your agents to learn from its performance analytics.

BlinkAI offers three subscription tiers:
- Free: $0/month - 1 agent, 10 posts, 20 text generations, 1 image generation
- Pro: $12/month - 1 agent, 100 posts, 200 text generations, 50 image generations, premium models, auto-posting
- Pro+: $32/month - 3 agents, 250 posts, 500 text generations, 150 image generations, all features, private agents

Credits can be purchased to extend usage beyond subscription limits:
- Pro package: $10 for 125 credits ($0.08 per credit)
- Pro+ package: $10 for 165 credits ($0.06 per credit)

Only users on the paid tiers may purchase extra credit actions

Credits do not expire. Your subscription action limits will reset at the end of the month while your purchased credits will remain.
